Maybe I was just trying to get all my thoughts out without thinking too hard about what it says...

I usually don't do that. So, I'm ... I'm glad it came off that way.

Well, a limerick is a five-line poem with the same rhythmic scheme as I did above. In which the first, second and fifth line rhyme, while the third and fourth lines are shorter and share a different rhyme.

You're more than welcome to try it out.
